**Is my Hydro Flask bottle dishwasher safe?**

All Hydro Flask powder coated bottles are dishwasher safe. Hydro Flask Coffee Mugs are not powder coated, and they are not dishwasher safe.

**How should I clean my Hydro Flask bottle?**

We recommend warm soapy water and a Hydro Flask bottle brush.

**How should I clean my Hydro Flask caps and lids?**

**How do I cut my straw to fit in my Hydro Flask bottle or tumbler?**

**Standard Mouth Flex Straw Cap Straw Cut Guide**

1.  Remove cap and stand straw in bottle.
2.  Cut straw where excess stands above the top of the bottle. If no excess, skip step 2.
3.  Cut additional inch off straw lid tip and then trim at 45° angle.
4.  Hold tip of non-angled end of straw and press straw firmly into cap.

1.  Insert straw into cup.
2.  Trim straw to align with top of cup.
3.  Remove straw from cup and trim an additional ¼" from length of straw.
4.  Assemble straw to silicone mouthpiece and lid and sip away

**What products can the Cleaning Tablets clean?**

It works on hard-to-clean products and especially those that can’t go in the dishwasher: water bottles, growlers, tumblers, insulated coffee cups, coffee pots, thermoses, hydration reservoirs, sports caps, lids, straws, bite valves and whatever else you can think of.

**How do you clean bottle cap, lids, straws, and reservoir drink tubes?**

Fill a bowl with warm water, add the item you would like to clean, disassemble it if necessary, add a Natural Cleaning Tablet, let it sit for 15 - 30 minutes and rinse.

**Will the Cleaning Tablet affect the finish of my bottle?** 

It will remove stubborn coffee and tea stains and restore the original finish of your bottle. Other than that, it won't change the finish.

**Do the Cleaning Tablets expire?**

Nope. They will lost effectiveness if they are not stored in a cool, dry place.

**How many Cleaning Tablets should I use?**

One tablet is good for one liter or 32 ounces of water.

**Is the Cleaning Tablet safe?**

It is made from only natural and biodegradable ingredients.

**Does the Cleaning Tablet leave any residue or a film?**

It doesn't leave any sort of film, residue, or taste.

**Do I need a scrub brush with the Cleaning Tablet?**

Nope. Just add water and a tablet and let it do its thing.

**What do I do if I have a really tough stain?** 

Use hot water and let it stand overnight with a tablet. Or throw in an extra tablet if needed.

**Are these tablets in single-use wrapping or are all 15 tablets in one pouch?** 

Yes, all 15 tablets are individually wrapped in 1 resealable carton.

The Hydro Flask Mug is not dishwasher safe. To clean, handwash with warm soapy water.

**I think I see rust in my bottle, how do I clean it?**

Stainless Steel is not rust proof, but it is rust resistant. If you see rust it can be removed by using a mixture of baking soda and vinegar on the rust spot, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then scrub with a soft sponge or bottle brush. If you can't remove the rust, we encourage you to submit a warranty claim for your bottle.
