Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be edited or canceled however you can return the order for a product refund within 30 days of the order date. Products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact. 

To start a return, once your order has been delivered, use the self-service return creation page on our website at [Track Your Order](http://www.hydroflask.com/track/order/status) . Use the **order number** provided in your order/shipping confirmation.

*   Refunds  take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your return. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries. 

**MyHydro Orders:** Because all MyHydro™ orders are made to be uniquely you, they are not eligible for returns.
